Folsom Pioneers - 2009 Opening Day
Folsom Pioneers won 10-4 against the Nevada Bighorns in their Home Opener at Folsom High School infront of a capacity crowd. Pioneers improve to 2-1 on the season as they split a double header with the Bighorns on Saturday (30th). Pioneers recorded their First Triple Play in Franchise History in the second game of the Double Header.
Pioneers's mascot Mike the Miner entertained the crowd with Sporty from Sports Clips in bottom of the 6th. Best Buy volunteers helped with on field activites and concessions. Thank You Best Buy!
