Meditation: An Exploration of Consciousness Thursdays, August 5 through September 2, 7:00 to 9:00 PM Location: Sanctuary Facilitated by Rev. Mark Schindler Practicing the Silence as part of the prayer and meditation process is fundamental to Unity teachings. It is also essential for the development of spiritual understanding. Meditation will be defined and practiced in various ways. Benefits of this process will be explained and different methods to deal with resistance to it as well as initiating a regular practice will be explored. We will also focus on how the practice of meditation relates to our understanding of the multi-faceted concept of consciousness. This class will be offered for SEE credit and will satisfy the requirements of PR-801, Meditation Practices. Class will be offered on a love offering basis.
